- To analyze the current state of eLearning practices and technologies at the Faculty of Medicine.
- Based on this analysis, the eLTF will make recommendations to FOM leadership that will help position the FOM as a global leader in eLearning (i.e., teaching, learning and scholarship) across the education continuum.
- Identify and describe the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to eLearning practices and investments at the Faculty of Medicine
- Complete an eLearning inventory across the Faculty of Medicine
- Identify opportunities for partnerships in eLearning
